1. Anti-puncture test
The major weakness of traditional pneumatic tires is that they are easy to break and explode. Frequent tire repairs and tire replacements are annoying for some car owners. Solid tires are introduced to solve this trouble. 1. It is not like pneumatic tires that are too full and explode. 2. It is not like a pneumatic tire that will break if it is pinned. We took our solid tires for a puncture test. From the moving picture, we can see that we used a sledge hammer to knock steel nails on the solid tire. Our solid tire was undamaged. It can be seen how strong it is, even if it is not afraid of nailing, what else can we be afraid of?

  2. Rigidity test
The simple way to distinguish the pros and cons of a solid tire is to pinch and knead it by hand. It feels hard to pinch a low-quality solid tire on your hands. Knead one section into two will break it. This kind of solid tire has poor elasticity, toughness, and rigidity, and can't stand up to toss and burst easily. Our solid tires are very tough. They can be rubbed, folded in half, stretched, twisted at will, and return to their original shape when you let go. It can really bend and stretch. And the rigidity is unquestionable. You can see from the moving picture that cutting with a blade and cutting with large scissors will not be affected, and the quality is too good to say.

   3. Wear resistance test
The dead speed car uses inferior solid tires. One drift and one sudden brake can make the tire flat. This not only shortens the service life of the tire, but also makes the tire not round and bumps when riding. A good solid fetus will never make such a joke. Looking at our solid tire wear test, we can only see that we rub the solid tire back and forth on the ground.     4. Elasticity test
Most people think that traditional pneumatic tires must have better elasticity and shock absorption than solid tires. In fact, it just depends on what material and formula are used for solid tires. Good materials and formulas can restore solid tires to the same riding effect as pneumatic tires. In the moving picture, we took a set of pneumatic tires (red rims) and our solid tires (white rims) to do an elastic test: use the left and right hands to the same height and let them go, let them land and then bounce. The results show that our solid tires are only inferior, and they are still performing well in terms of flexibility.

  5. Weight test
Many people have doubts: solid tires are solid, will they be much heavier than traditional pneumatic tires? We did a weighing test, and it showed that the ordinary inner tube + outer tire is 500 grams, a certain inferior solid tire is also 500 grams, and our solid tire is 600 grams. It can be seen that the weight of solid tires is equivalent to that of traditional tires. We have acted for a variety of solid tires, including 500g, 600g, and 800g. The ideal one is this 600g polyurethane foamed solid tire. The main indicators tested above are better than similar products. The 500g solid tire is made of poor material, inferior in quality, and a little cheaper, but the service life is less than 1/3 of ours. 800g is too heavy, 1 weighs 300g, 1 pair weighs 600g, yes Slow down the riding speed
