Module features: 1. Ensure that all new original imported chips, 232 chips and 485 chips are used. 2. The baud rate supports conversions of 500kbps and below (the current mainstream 2400bps, 4800bps, 9600bps, 19200bps, 38400bps, 57600bps, 115200bps, 128000bps, 256000bps, etc., are perfectly identified independently and automatically select the appropriate communication rate mode), never adopted External control chip. 3. The 485 signal uses a 10Ω current protection resistor, and the patch design improves the integrity of the 485 signal 4. The 485 signal uses dual transient suppression diodes for better overvoltage protection performance 5. The power supply uses chip tantalum electrolytic capacitors, and double capacitors are used for high and low frequency power filtering 6. 485 communication has a receiver input impedance of 1/4 unit load, supports multi-machine communication, and allows connection to the bus of up to 128 devices. 7. The 485 chip has a limited slew rate driver to minimize EMI and reduce signal reflection caused by improper terminal matching cables 8. 485 signal has plus or minus 15KV ESD protection 9. The power signal leads to 2.54 pitch pins, which is convenient for welding on the hole board and debugging 10. The external interface of module 232 signal has DB9 female header and 2.54 pitch pin hole, power and 485 signal have 5.08 pitch terminal block and 2.54 pitch pin hole 11. In order to adapt to the passive mode and save power, the module is not equipped with LED lights to better complete the communication function. Module instructions: 1. The RS232 signal terminal is connected to the PC serial port, passive power supply mode When you use the passive mode of this module, you can directly plug the module into the serial port of the PC, and then follow the settings below to use the passive function of the module, so you don’t need an external power supply. (1) First plug this module into the computer (it is recommended to plug into the computer when it is not turned on) (2) Open the serial port assistant and other software on your computer (there are many serial port software, you can choose the one that suits you), and then enable the RTS and DTR of the serial port assistant, you can use the passive mode and communicate.
