It's a disrespect. I ordered a 4x13 wig, the wig is supposed to have room to split on the sides, which is not so. In the end I have received an alleged wig that has lace on the sides but in the end when you cut the lace becomes a 4x4 wig. Misleading lie. The other thing, don't believe you have 7 days of shipping, it took 25 days to arrive, the customer service told me that they didn't control the shipments so imagine.
