4.How about the customs duty tax?

For China Air Post Mail (HongKong)Air Mail and EMS parcels,we always declared as GIFT and total price always 20USD or 30usd,seldom heard from customers that need pay extra duty or tax.

For DHL/TNT/FEDEX,we always declared the real product name but a rarely total price to avoid your maybe customs duty(except Germany,Luxembourg,Belgium,these counries we will declared the price as buyer toyal paid)

5.What do I  have to attention to?
DHL/TN/FEDEX can not deliver to P.O.BOX,so if your receive address is a P.O.BOX,please provide another address if you want choose DHL/TNT/FEDEX service.

For Russian customers,pls provide your full name(surname+name+patronymic) to avoid the post office trouble.

For North Europe customers,such as sweden,switzerland,Norway etc.,Please provide full name just because if only one word for receiver name your post office will return the parcel.

6.What can I do when long time passed still not get the parcel?

The sitiation always happened with the post air mail,when you find your parcel tracking number information shows left China(HongKong) and no information on your local post website,your parcel now is on the road to your country,or arrived at your country beacause your local post office too busy to update the information.pls be patient.Thanks.When the receipt time less than 10 days left and you still do not get the parcel,pls contact us,we will extend the receipt for you and try to help find the reason for delay and try to slove,Once any news,we will let you konw in time.
