1. Place the silicone pad printing stage, close the pressure lever (moderate pressure adjustment), plug in the power, turn on the power switch (red), the indicator light; Note: The machine must have a suitable solid protective ground !

2. Adjust DIP on the thermostat to the desired temperature (180 degree -220 degree), heating for about 1-2 minutes;

3. Adjust DIP timer on, until the appropriate time;

4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter a constant temperature;

5. Open the pressure lever, then posted a picture of the product in the printing stage (image page size must be greater than the pad size roast to prevent the surface is scorched and prevent creasing), close the pressure lever joystick, the timer is cleared;

6. When the time reaches the set value, the buzzer sounds, stop heating heating pad, turn off the main power switch. Then open the pressure lever, remove the product (after removal must be cooled to prevent the ink from spreading;

Heat transfer temperature and time settings:

1. sublimation heat transfer - Temperature: 220 degree, time: 20 seconds

2. Heat Transfer Film - Temperature: 160 ~ 180 degree, time: 8 to 10 seconds

3. The foam heat - Temperature: 140 ~ 160 degree, time: 5 ~ 8 seconds

4. Rhinestone - Temperature: 180 degree, time: 10 ~ 12 seconds
