A.  Leave message in following condition: want custom made size and color (if you want color same as picture, also leave message to tell) & the exact date you need the dress.  

B.  The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the shawl crinoline petticoat (show on the pictures). Bidding is for one drss only.

C.  Since computer screen have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

D.  We can not make the dress exact same as the picture, please understand this, because that is not our design, but we will do our best to offer every client top quality.

We accept return /exchange for the following reason:

*We just accept returns on standard size wedding gown in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alteration).

*Dresses must be sent back within 3days from the receipt day.

*For exchanges & return, the clients pay all shipping cost.

*We made the obvious error like the size and color, or lose the items when delivery, we accept refund.
