Highlights:

For low power applications, BUF634 static current 1.5mA has 250 mA output, 2000 V/u swing rate and 30 MHz bandwidth. A resistor is connected between the V-and BW pins to adjust the bandwidth from 30MHz to 180MHz. Output circuit is completely limited and switched off by internal current, making it durable and easy to use and protect.
