The power amplifier is made of 3pcs IC TDA7498E, suitable as a home amplifier and car amplifier.

TDA7498 is a class-D double bridge connected load (BTL) audio amplifier chip, using a single power supply, with small size, high efficiency, and high power characteristics. This PCBA used TDA7498E chip with a reasonable layout, and with a variety of high-quality components, using SMD chip devices. This amplifier board circuit is simple, reliable operation. Its supply voltage is DC 15V-36V (recommended voltage dont exceed DC 36V), the maximum output is up to 80Wx2 (peak), a small heat, efficiency can reach above 90%. TDA7498E amplifier board compact, use and installation are very flexible and convenient; it all used genuine components, and it has long-term stability.

The IC output can reach 160W under DC36V and 4 ohms load. However, generally we do not adopt its maximum voltage; the proposal is within DC18-30V. Why do not use the DC 36V power supply? Because the voltage will damage ICs, when electricity is higher than 220V, DC 36V will rise to DC40V.

PCB board has four potentiometers, volume control for each channel, namely FCH (left and right front channel adjustment), CEN CH (center channel adjustment), SCH ((left and right surround channels adjustment), SB CH (subwoofer adjustment).

Note the subwoofer channel without a low-pass filter, but from the DVD out of the subwoofer signal with a low pass.
