1. We provide 1 year warranty. If any defective after receipt, please notify us within 7 days for back delivery.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.

3. Within three months, deliver parts freely if needed when non-human quality problem happens . If projectors

need back repairment, Ledy will load all the cost of shipment.

4. Non-human quality problems occur after three months,  Ledy will ship free parts if needed. If need back

repairment, clients load the back freight and we will repair the products ok and ship them back.

5. One year warranty for one-color glass gobos. If buring within three months, Ledy will make new gobos and

send them freely. If buring after three month, Ledy will do new gobos freely, but clients need pay for the freight

or choose ship together with following order.
